Websites and lead notifications for paintless dent repair and auto service shops

When someone has a dent or hail damage, they want to know quickly whether you can help, where you are, and how to get an inspection. We build sites that make that information easy to find and get each inquiry to your team quickly.

Common challenges

Where inquiries tend to get lost in this kind of business.

  • Service information is spread across pages or out of date
  • Inspection requests are missing key details about the vehicle and damage
  • New leads wait in an inbox while the team is busy in the shop
  • A plugin-heavy website is hard to maintain and slow to change

How we help

Use the pieces you need. Each one links to the full service description.

Details worth asking for

Keep the form short. These are the details that usually help you respond well:

  • Vehicle year, make, and model
  • Type of damage
  • Preferred inspection time
  • Contact preference
  • Photos (optional)
  1. A driver requests an inspection and describes the vehicle and the damage.
  2. Your team receives a text message and an email with the details.
  3. The inquiry is recorded so nothing depends on one person’s inbox.
  4. If the inspection isn’t scheduled after a set time, a reminder prompts a follow-up.

Common questions

Can new inquiries alert our team by text?

Yes. For IntelliDent PDR, website inquiries trigger text message and email notifications and are passed to the shop’s systems.

We already have a WordPress site. Do we need to replace it?

Not necessarily. IntelliDent moved off a plugin-heavy WordPress site because it had become hard to maintain. If your site works well, targeted improvements may be enough.

Do you only work with dent repair shops?

No. The same approach applies to other auto service businesses and to local service businesses in general.
