Rebuild the IntelliDent website to drive organic leads and automate processes
By 2019, IntelliDent had tried numerous digital marketing and web design companies without seeing results. Their original WordPress site was bogged down by hundreds of plugins and difficult to manage after changes by different companies.
At Sales Pass, we approached this challenge with a multi-phased strategy. First, we abandoned the WordPress site and built a new custom site using Angular—maintaining current SEO while ensuring the new site would rank well across all search engines.
Second, we performed a design audit and rewrote the site to be more user-friendly with high conversion rates on call-to-actions. Now IntelliDent draws thousands of users monthly and has become the highest-rated PDR business in Texas.
How It Works
Lead-driven front-end that communicates directly to employees
IntelliDent is known for their 5-star customer service and high-quality work. We wanted to expand on those values by making it easy for employees to get notified when a new lead comes in.
With the website having a very strong local SEO presence, we ensured leads were handled in a timely manner. We accomplished this by building communication streams across several mediums—text messaging, email, and direct integration with their shop's systems.
This automated system ensures no potential customer slips through the cracks, allowing IntelliDent to respond quickly and maintain their stellar reputation.
The Design
Call to Action and Lead Generation
The new design uses IntelliDent's brand and color scheme to help customers easily identify the top-rated dent repair company. The site uses several call-to-action elements across every landing page.
It was important that IntelliDent received all the information needed when customers request an inspection. We designed forms that capture essential details while remaining quick and easy to complete.
We structured the layout to be extremely simple and fast. Users can get to any webpage in under three clicks from the homepage.

As of 2023, IntelliDent PDR now ranks on the front page for all major Dallas suburb locations. This has allowed IntelliDent to save on their marketing budget and focus on other areas of their business.
