The project
My Pool Hut sells hot tub and pool chemicals online to customers across the country. The company wanted a fully custom storefront while keeping Shopify for payments, inventory, and orders.
What we delivered
- Custom storefront without theme-builder limits
- Shopify Storefront API for products, checkout, and inventory
- Products, pricing, and orders managed in Shopify admin
- Headless CMS for marketing content
- Mobile-first responsive design
- Hosting on Google Cloud with a CDN
A custom storefront connected to Shopify
We built the storefront without a theme builder and connected it to Shopify through the Storefront API. Payments, inventory, products, and pricing are still managed in the Shopify admin.
Content the team can update
A headless CMS lets the marketing team update content without touching code, while the site itself stays fast and responsive.
Designed for shopping on any device
The store was built mobile-first, with large, easy-to-tap buttons and simple navigation so customers can find products quickly.
